It's a fantastic car, I loved it. For those who say it's not a proper M car, I totally disagree. It will run rings around most sports cars, let alone SUVs. I could lap Philip Island in similar times to a competent driver in a E92 M3 so that says plenty. So why did I get rid of it? Well you know, there are lots of nice cars out there to try! Now who wants to buy a 2 month old M3?
May be I should think about the M3 instead!! lol - what's next way?

Fair enough. Had no idea there was big stock of M3s

Cash as the other guys say, or rather the willingness to lose cash is all the "secret" there is. 502km and 2 months on the Spyder cost me 35k, and 28 days and 650km (did include a track day and worn tyres though lol) in the GT3 cost me 50k. If there is a secret, it's that too many options will cost you heaps more. A friend did the same exercise on a GT3 with just about every option available (err, like my current GT3 then) lost 100k in just a few months.

Considering that's losing what I earn in one YEAR in several weeks, I think it's about time I got into the drug trafficking business.

If you really want to try out a number of exotics and don't get too atached to them, why not join one of those clubs where you chip in about 20k a year and get to take them home for a few months at a time?

Gentlemen, I know the risks involved

On a more serious note, I just got offered an internship with Macquarie Group (Capital Advisers) over the summer break. Hopefully that turns out well and puts me onto the path of owning a new car every few months

If you guys like driving BMW's and don't want to spend the bucks to buy them, you could just do what I did and get a job working at a BMW dealership like I did . All of our cars need to be driven and refueled for test drives every so often. I had to refuel the M5 this week
My first week I took out both the X5M and X6M. WOW!
Did I mention I love my job?

I thought the best way was to go to a casino and put equal amounts of money on black and red? Then you get back what you put it but it is now clean.

Thought they caught on to that now? I think ASIO will get a slight alert or two if you go try drop cash on one, with assorted small notes!
