I normally wouldn't ask this, however, I have experienced the loss of two very close friends to me in the past 12 months to suicide. It has hit home for me and for my closest of friends.

Movember is about raising awareness for male depression, prostate cancer and in general, mens health.

It doesn’t take much, but your support it appreciated greatly and hopefully, with your help, we can reduce circumstances like I’ve been through lately.
