Taking the roof/windows and starting over....
I know I keep complaining about the design of the 1-series and 1M but dont get me wrong I love my 1er and all her curves...But I think that BMW should have dropped the angle of the windshield and then bring the roofline down a hair to give it a little sportier of a look instead of being so upright! Here is a quick chop of what I am saying. It is very subtle but I think it looks cool What do you guys think?
BEFORE and AFTER

i guess the 1 has its own look to it, thats kind of what makes it unique too. Most other sporty cars have a lower windshied angle. I just think it looks funny next to the e92 its a smaller car but its taller looking.

you made the roof look like it got a big bubble
if the roof line was lower it would just look like a 3er |

I like them both. The original one looks like BMW's older cars like the e46 which I grew up loving and dreaming of owning. But the editted one looks a little more like the 3er (the front at least) which I also really really love haha.
I think it's nice to have owned 1er as first bmw though as I think it keeps a little memento from past bmw cars before it made it's small shift into more sleeker new bmws (which are also nice) but I can get these in the future designs of the bimmers. |

??? Look at the back wheel... I used to do a lot of design work and really don't see that big of a difference to be upset over anything...

I notice the difference between the two, and like the original better I don't get what you mean about the back wheel, or being upset! I see a change in the roof as it is more drawn out and lower (slightly more aerodynamic) like the OP said! It looks good, I just prefer the unique stance the 1er has stock |
