Wheels Spacers
I'm thinking about getting spacers for my 135i msport to add to the agressive stance.
I've been hearing wider spacers in the front than in the back. Is this best? and what size? I'm thinking 15mm all the way around. Any input on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

mine rubbed during hard corning on bumpy road with 18mm front. but i have my car lowered also.
my suggestion is to go with 12mm front and 10mm back. |

I'm thinking 12mm front and rear should look good ..and be clear of any rubbing
has anyone tried rolling their fenders? |

The 12mm all around should be a good fit. Fender rolling isn't as scary as you think - it is always an option you have if you want to run a slightly more aggressive setup. If you're looking for quality spacers, I would recommend buying spacer kits from a reputable brand (Macht Schnell).

Thanks Brian, that is exactly who I was going through - Macht Schnell all the way
I'm really interested in rolling the fenders for an added aggressive stance. Any pics of before and after on a 1 series with fenders rolled? |

I don't think we have anything in our photo database for that at the moment, but I'll let you know if I find anything!

I'm running 12mm up front and 15mm out back on Breyton's, had to roll the rear tho. Also on Macht Schnell .

15mm and 10mm spacers rubbing
I just got 225/40/18 on stock 18 and 245/35/18 on s drive installed today and even rolled the fenders and rubbing in front and back abit will either change to 5mm up front or none at all will keep the 10mm in back and give it some more road time, I actually do not like the look up front as they stick out too much in my opinion and make the wheel look to big, I like the tucked look better, back is okay...I am using macht schnell spacers and lowered on eibach springs and koni ylws.

Are there any drawbacks to rolling fenders? I'm about to pick up Macht Schnell's 15MM front and rear spacers for my stock M-sport suspension and tires.
I understand if the car/paint are old there's a risk it may crack the paint. But with new, has anyone heard of any negatives? |

tHegeRm - Can you post some pics to show what 12MM front and 15MM rear look like with the rear fenders rolled?
Thanks in advance! |

I have 15mm on my 1M nothing up front because it's bad for the hubs as you put strain on the control arms etc
