The motor will make 600WHP or so all day assuming the tuning and hardware is good. I'd say once you venture much north of that, pistons are going to have a relatively short shelf life. Even with that said, the high WHP singles running around don't seem to be dropping too many pistons and you rarely see rod failure. Just at thinner margin once you start pushing 30+ PSI through the big singles.

I have that same fmic. Works great! Install is not very fun though. I got stuck for a while cause that charge pipe elbow was made for the shorter charge pipes. I think they're on the 08-09 MAY 1ers. That was a pain. I didn't think about air flow over the temp sensor either. So now it reads almost 5 degrees higher. I just have to relocate it. I just zip tied it up while I was in there. It really dropped my intake temps though.

Buy your own car and keep it exactly stock until the day you die then. He bought his and he can do as he pleases with it. Sweet build man, thinking of doing a turbo upgrade also.
