Nah, in LA you gotta really gun it to pass someone hogging fast lane. They would typically speed up from 65 to 80 if you try to pass them. Only if you pass them would they slow down back down to 65. Bunch of asses

Whatever it takes to get where you need to go! When I see somebody with Florida plates on in the fast lane, i know I'm going to have a problem. I have seen Georgia plates stopped at on ramps in fear of getting on the turnpike!

Yup, I can vouch for that.
Oh and as for passing in the right lane, how about being passed in YOUR lane. I was driving my GF home from work and some idiot on a crotch-rocket flew past the right side of my car. I was in the right most lane so he only had the storm drain and my lane. After he passed me he just sped off, makes me kind of wish I had swerved...

Motorcycle riders are crazy! You'd think with less protecting them (i.e. seat belts, air bags, 2 tons of steel) they be more careful. But instead they do stupid sh*t like that. (I concede that this only pertains to some motorcycle riders. I know everyone who rides a bike does crazy stuff like this)

I don't know how it is in Nevada but in Washington, Oregon, and Cali there are signs that say "Keep Right except to pass" all the time. People are just idiots and do not follow the guidelines.

^ I wish we had those signs, but it's already too ingrained in everyone's driving habits to just sit in any lane at any speed around the Chicago area. Incredibly frustrating. Driving on the autobahn was relatively a dream.

Have the same issues around here also, especially in the MINI. I guess some people just think it is a little econobox and their manhood is threatened by me wanting to pass them. I find it is best to creep up and then kick it when passing. If you are going 10 miles over and they are cruising at 5 miles over, they always tend to creep up to match your speed if you don;t pass them quickly.

They are not everywhere but they have them scattered. Oregon does not do a very good job with signs overall but Washington is pretty good about it.

omg this video is great I keep watching it over and over.
The best part is the owner of the video requested that all embedded versions of the video be disabled: "Embedding disabled by request" LOL

He must not have liked everyone here making fun of him. I Googled the video ID and the only place it's posted besides YouTube is this forum.
