Should be considering it's same thickness as the M3 bar and that was a huge difference for my (stock suspension at the time) car.

But I will say sways should be used to fine tune the ride. Will these be as noticeable as H&R's at full stiffness? No but if you need that much of a dramatic bump I would look into running higher spring rates. But for $120 I don't think you can go wrong

Yes bar comes with new bushings

I’ll let you know as soon as I get a chance to open things up. It’s literally brand new in box still sealed.

But from what I gathered online the thickness appears pretty consistent throughout.
