BMW Rear-mounted Rack

I was looking through the accessories on the BMW website, and came across the rear-mounted rack.

Does anyone know how much this would cost?

Also, I drive a vert and this is the only option for a bike rack for me. Just confirming that this does not need a hitch, right?

Anyone know how this is supported on installed on the vehicle?

You would need a new rear "sport" bumper with the two holes as shown in this photo

As for the actual support on the frame, can't help you there.

So BMW would cut my bumper like that and are there any caps for it if the rack is not attached?

The pictures they have online must be edited then haha, since there aren't any holes in that bumper, or I just cant see them.

Yea, that's my 128i, but it was a while ago. The black holes you see are actually caps that I decided to keep black.
