I didn't pay anything today when I picked mine up. I'm in the Corp program too, but it wasn't mentioned.

A mate of mine took his X5 in to get the bluetooth repaired under warranty just before chirstmas. He asked them to give him a decent loaner this time. They gave him a demo model M3 coupe for 3 days.

My car spent its third night in the workshop of Westside last night. Maybe I should have hit them for a decent loan car if I'd known M3's were possible.

They are only possible for customers who have spent a few $$$...
Best I could get from Westside was a diesel X5. Had an X3 and a 320i sedan the other times. |

Yeah, I thought as much. Anything other than a bog standard white 320i would do me. Anyway, I'm enjoying driving the WRX around for the moment (I had forgotten its rattly charms), so not all is lost.

Yup, I used the bus both days. While I am "entitled" to a loaner, there's not much point when it'll just in the car park all day. Swings and roundabouts, I hope.

The demo is from the sales guys, and the loaners are from service. I know if I contact service and try to get a loan car it would be a 4 weeks wait. The way to get around is to get a demo from sales which they never mind - unless it's a Saturday which is fair enough.
