What's your best and worst fuel economy on your 1 series so far?

Has anyone watched the mpg's readings on their new toy yet? My commute is 95% hwy 70 miles roundtrip, so I was wondering if I should buy Exxon stock if I get one.:drinking:

With just under 800 miles so far, best 22.1, worst 18.6. This is mostly commuting between 35-65 mph. Only 2 runs above 4K rpm. Trying to keep the lead foot under control!

24.2 first two tanks, average mph is 30 so definitely biased towards stop and go. Love it!

It looks to me like the 128i gets much better mpg than the 135i in real life. That's part of the price we 135i owners are willing to pay for that additional performance!

So far, no matter what I do, I get 17.4. Although I haven't tried driving like Maurice... (a couple of posts up)... Frankly, I don't think I ever could drive like Maurice!... I would bore myself to death.

I'm at 20.4 (According to the trip computer) over 850 miles. I bet I could easily be seeing 22 if I drove like a Camry owner. I could also very easily see this thing getting 18 overall. Still an improvement over the 14 in my Dakota.

Just over 14 gallons IIRC, which is one down side to the 135. The range is pretty limited.

That would be one of my few complaints. Another couple of gallons would be awesome.

Same here. That will work out to about 320 miles on a tank. No big deal on my typical commute, but I'd like a little more than that on a road trip.

Normal driving I've been averaging 21-22, but I got 24.5 on a road trip I took recently.
