Dent & scratch repairer in Davis or Sacramento area

Hi guys. I got a scratch on the front left bumper from the previous owner. It's not obvious but since I know that it is there, I'm quite bothered by how it looks. Do you know any body repair that works the best in Davis or Sacramento area? Any contact person with that shop? About how much should I expect the bill? I'm not sure whether it is scratch or dent since its like a rubbing from pavement, so there is scratch with small dent.

Anyone? Just realize how complicated I was in explaining the scratch on my front left bumper. So, it seems the previous owner scrape on something. Let me know if any of you might help but need photo of the bumper. Thanks
