Maybe first customers FBO 1m???
Hey guys so as the title says i am about to be full bolt ons. I guess im the first 1m owner to have FBO besides any companies ( cpe - kelleners)
First off i would like to start off by listing my FBO mods, some parts came from my 135i so not everything is new but here we go!! Also big thanks to Sal at Autocouture motoring he has been helping almost every step of the way as well as CJ. They have helped me getting parts for great prices and i cant thanks them enough, hopefully we could get those Billstein Pss10s on the car shortly. Also thanks to Nate at IND for shipping out a eisenmann rear section and getting it to NJ in 2 days, all i can say is excellent service from IND FBO mods -Stage 1 ESS flash tune -Cp-e 3\" chargepipe w/ HKS BOV -Injen dual short ram air intake ( taken from my 135i) - AR 3\" catless dps - Agency power high flow resonated mids ( from my 135i, looking to swap these out very soon. If anyone is interested in them pm me) - Eisenmann race performance rear muffler ( sounds beastly btw) - HPF intercooler is comming in as we speak through Autocouture just waiting for arrival. (I have an active autowerke fmic but decided not to put it on bc of it size and how much cutting would have to be done. Pm me if anyone would like an AA intercooler) -Looking for a meth kit as we speak if anyone has info -aquamist was the one i was thinking of for a flash tune but if anyone has input it will help thanks Appearance mods -BMW performance high gloss black grills -IND black side markers with dark smoked LED - Carbon fiber rear spoiler Pics will be up shortly im posting from my iphone and cant post right now. Thanks and subscribe for more info Also when the heck is ess stage 2 comming out!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!! |

I've been waiting to see this. Hopefully you will be able to make the same power as the rest of the N54's. The ESS tune is pretty conservative right? I don't think I've seen any independent dyno's showing very high numbers (like JB4 map 7 numbers).

We have a local 1M that is full straight pipe with a magnaflow muffler, tuned, intake, chargepipe. Pretty close to FBO, other than intercooler/meth.

Be sure to do a baseline dyno as well as one with all the mods on it. Are you sure you are the first FBO member on here? Seems hard to believe.

Me neither. When Cobb did their stage 2 tune, I couldn't believe the numbers.....Hopefully this one will be near theirs. The great thing about flashes is that they can adjust timing, so you can run way more boost on a lesser octane gas. I think cobb's is 18psi on 91 octane.

I'm guessing that some 1M owners may be reluctant to disclose the extent of their mods for warranty-related reasons.
Also, you may want to consider upgrading your brakes/suspension given all of the additional power you'll be putting down. Neil |

The JB4 Windshield Washer meth kit combo is very stealthy and effective. The JB4 makes a great controller for meth/nitrous-oxide injection and can modify your COBB maps to your liking.
Here is some really useful info on "stacking" them: http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14469 |
