I can screech my tires with dsc on and in drive. Turn dsc off and you'll get some wheel spin for sure.

My 320d can peel :-) but that's cause I have a manual...and 330nm of torque at 2000rpm. (it's even more fun in the wet)

With DSC off and if your in sport mode or M1, you can definitely get a little screetch in. With rain + rft's, you can sit and peel out for sure. I've tried numurous times.

If you want to peel out with an automatic just put some crappy tires on. Its not really a function of engine power, more what kind of tires and suspension you have. An old 200hp mustang can easily peel out with its crappy suspension and crappier tires.

With a manual its a whole different story, you can peel out with only 100hps

DSC fully off. Auto in M1. Left foot firmly on the brake. Right foot floor it till your torque converter is loaded and the revs are at 2000 fighting the converter. Quickly lift left foot. Burning rubber !!!

Donīt repeat too often if you still want to make it home though

P.S. Pros cut and seal the rear brake lines. Makes the aforementioned procedure much more efficient.

Manual transmission was an option at time of purchase, why did you choose the handicap option (automatic)? Maybe you live in a highly dense traffic zone like Atlanta, Georgia perhaps.

Sorry, but power has a lot to do with it. Tell the owner of a ZO6 your rationale.

The E90 is weak on low-end torque. It's still a great car, just not good on low-end torque. End of story.
