CP-E sells one. It's pretty heavy duty, you could probably use it as a bludgeon if you are so inclined. About $100 on their website.

I got my front license plate bracket kit from "US Mill Works", http://www.usmillworks.com/. I highly recommend it. Very strong, durable kit. Very easy to install and best of all, some of the greatest customer service i have ever experienced with an online company.
