Eeek .. my 30 year highschool year 10 reunion is on in October. I need to get into shape!

My fitness levels are good, resting heart rate was 42 bpm last week, running going well.
Bodyfat is shitty, I've been slack with eating. I need to drop weight and bodyfat and add some more upper body muscle.

Vanity come to my rescue!
