Independent AFE header dynos?

Been reading up on the AFE catted headers on the e90 boards, but have not been able to find any independent dynos from actual owners.

Anyone know of one please? Seems the speculation from forum members was that AFE's claimed gains were perhaps a little um, optimistic. Some actual dynos from a source other than AFE would be a big help.

as far as I recall there was one thread with a e92, do not recall the info on dyno in it.
