VO 1M sighting Cars and Coffee Aliso Viejo July 16

I was at Cars and Coffee Aliso Viejo this morning as I am quite often and rarely see another 1M. On my way back was another VO parked in front of mine. The driver was in the car with the car running speaking to an M4 guy. I approached them and waited a long time to ask him if he was on 1addicts but the two of them where in a heavy conversation about 1M mods and didn't want to interrupt. I ended up leaving but I was just wondering who that was if on here and what mods you have?
