question about intake or cold air intake and downpipe 135i n55

but i have a doubt about the cover, because the first filter its closed and the magnum second filter not have the cover, but i think that the car hood will close it, isnt it ? but the air flow will be more in the second filter, will i have problems with filtration with these filters? i´m worry about the engine because any particle will break my engine, what can you say about that, if i go to the beach with the car must i to change the filter with the original ?? for the sand, thanks

another question is the downpipe, i was looking at burger motor downpipe 5" i need more exahust sound, the downpipe make the exahust louder ?? waht do you think 3,5" or 5" ?

if i do both modifications, intake and downpipe,must i need to intall the jb4 ??, to change electronic parameter or something ?

be cause i dont want to have ecu messages and problems


catless downpipes sound lowder than catted ?? what brand do you recomend me ?¡

I have a 12" 135i dct and have the Burger Intake which I love and would pick any day over the AFE, and its cheaper and makes a nice turbo sound when Installed. I also have an AR 5" Downpipe that makes the exhaust sound like sex. And yes I would DEFINATELY recommend the JB4 which I LOVE but some others like the COBB tune which is also great I hear

but my questios is that i must intalla the jb4 with these modifications ?? or not, because im not interested at this moment
