getting car smogged w/ mods

When I went to get my car after bringing it "mostly" back to stock, they pointed out my aftermarket intakes and I had to put the stock airbox back on before passing inspection.

What about FMIC? Given the car already has a FMIC, would they flag this in an inspection?

I doubt they will be able to tell unless your FMIC for some reason screams aftermarket.
