fitment on an 8.5j et38 square?

as the title says will an 8.5 et38 square setup fit? I know there are people having 10mm spacers on stock 261m wheels with no issues which make it to about 8.5 low et 40's at the rears but would et38 fit?

thanks,
Kurt.

You'll probably rub if you're not running enough camber up front. I currently have 18x8.5 et35 with 235/40R18 up front and run -3 degrees camber (front fenders pulled).

As for the rears I have my rear fender liners shaved and run 18x9 et35 with 255/35R18 with -2.1 degrees camber.

do you rub at the back?
I'll be running 225 front with -3 camber and 245 rears with -2.5 camber the thing is that the tyres are semi slicks so they will run wide.

I rub just a tad bit, but I'm planning on rolling the rears just a bit so I can fit wider tires.
