Installing fog lights into a 2011 128i

So i just got H8 Nokya Yellow Fog Lights 35w

Any tips on how to install these fog lights ? Any issues i should encounter ?

Do i have to take off the front bumper ?

I did a couple searches and there is no real walk through on how to do this ..

Thanks in advance

Well i got this done. Sadly one of the fogs didnt work after installation.

Pretty easy installation. Best way i found is to do the installation from the hood.

DO NOT uncover the bottom. There is so many covers and things that it is so much easier just to reach in from the hood.

The passenger side is the easiest because there is plenty of space to get in there.

The driver side is still easy but involves more work. You have to uninstall the intake box. There are 2 screws holding it down to the frame. Take those off. Take the sensor off and loosen the belt that connects to the hose. The other side is just 2 clips.

Once you have the intake box off. You again have plenty of space to put your hand down there.

The lights all you have to do is turn it. I dont remember which way but it is very simple. If its not turning when you turn it. Then GO THE OTHER WAY

Once you take it out. Then go ahead and put the replacement bulb and repeat all the steps above in reverse.

The bulbs that i bought work perfectly with no errors or hazard lights.

Let me know if this helped anyone

I installed PIAA plasma ion yellow bulbs recently but I accessed the fog bulbs from the wheel well.

1) turn tire inwards
2) undo two screws that hold the wheel well liner
3) undo three screws from bottom bumper closest to the wheel
4) pry wheel well liner back and remove/install bulb. Plenty of space to stick your hand in.
5) replace screws
6) repeat steps on the other side
