Hey mate, I've just bought a 130 and beginning some research into future mods. I'm not in a position to buy yet but would like to gather info on pricing so I'm prepared in the future!
Could you advise an estimate on: - OEM E92 M3 front control arm kits, - OEM E92 M3 front/rear anti-roll bar kits Can you supply BMW Performance bits for the E87?

A BIG BIG Thank you to you Justin for all the groundwork, ongoing technical advice and supply of all the hardware required
Big mention must also go to the team at Active Motorwerke in Burwood Melbourne and of course the legendary tuner David Trebilia. I thought I would post this dyno sheet result (401 rwkw) which is for starters I suppose with a limit boost of 24/25 psi on Stage 2 Pure Turbos, 19 in wheels and 32 psi tyre pressure. I have a feeling Map 3 has a limit up to 80 for the adder. The most I made on stock inlets, stock fuel system at 20psi RBs was 327rwkw on this same Mainline heartbreaker dyno LOL. Attached:

Congrats, another into the 400 club. Great work.
I suspect there will be quite a few new cars well into the 400's now that Pures and some new big Hexons make the shopping lists. Justin (JD75) is all over this as you would expect. Our cars would have taken much longer to reach some of their potential without the dogged persistence from Justin and the tweaking of great back end flashes from David Trebila.

Hey Steve,
thanks for posting your excellent results mate, I did tell you that the Pure Stage 2's are a serious bit of kit and a nice upgrade over old school RB's. Here is just a little "somethin somethin" from myself, Hexon Autowerks and the boys at Advan performance for you to shoot for... :-) |

Finally a bit of joy for the N55 boys courtesy of a Pure Stage 2 turbo and an E50 blend via a Fuel-It TBI kit and Stage 2 LPFP.
There is definitely some more killerwasps to be had but unfortunately the DCT gearbox was already starting to complain at these power levels. With a Dodson Motorsport clutch pack upgrade I believe 375rwkW would be possible on an aggressive tune. Cheers, JD. |

A bit of self promotion never hurt (lol), so having said that here is a cheeky copy and paste of another forum members post...
"Just sharing my experience so far with JD, Have a smoking problem with the car and decided to post a thread to get some advice on what I should do. JD wrote an elaborate and extensive reply explaining what the causes of the issue could be and what the next best step would be. He gave me his number and we had a good 30min on the phone and he talked me through the situation in more detail and booked me in at Advan to come down and assess the problem. He then had another good 30min chat to my old man who is more can orientated than myself about the problem and what the issue(s) could be. He organised everything and is currently in the process of booking me in again at Advan. Really top guy doing all this for no cost and taking it out of his own time. Have also bought parts off JD in the past and service was flawless. Top guy to do business with and would highly recommend!" |

Hey guys,
here are a few pics of a complete N54 upgrade kit that was assembled for an Advan performance customer. All these goodies will comfortably support 425+rwkW at high boost levels on straight E85. Given the car is an AT vehicle that has around 120K on the odo' we'll be limiting things to the low 400rwkW mark, with an upwards ramping boost curve to prevent the drivetrain killing torque bomb (lol) this kit is capable of producing. Cheers, JD. |

Hey Gents,
here is a new pair of Stage 1.5 hybrid turbos I'll be testing very soon. They feature a 15T lightweight billet compressor wheel with extended tip technology and bullet style compressor wheel fastening nut, a TD04 (9 blade) turbine wheel for improved efficiency whilst maintaining excellent spool characteristics and transient response. CHRA internals include a 360 degree upgraded thrust plate, collar and a high strength copper-alloy bearing assembly for extended durability under high boost applications. All the high speed dynamic balancing is performed on a top quality German made VSR machine by a VSR expert engineer at over 90,000rpm. The OEM wastegate assembly has been re-designed to see improvements in the following, wastegate flapper valve, sleeve, actuator arm and the actuator rod connector to eliminate the dreaded N54 wastegate rattle occurring. With high-flow inlets on straight E85 and the usual array of supporting mods/tuning expertise I believe they will support 375+rwkW. Pricing and info regarding a standard and Premium warranty option to follow shortly. Cheers, Justin. Last edited by JD75; 03-30-2017 at 12:17 AM.. Reason: Revision |

Further to my prior post these Stage 1.5 turbos will be available for $4,499 AUD on a core exchange basis.
They will be offered with either a standard warranty or Premium warranty option over a period of 12 months from the time of purchase. In the event of a turbo failure the standard warranty allows for associated shipping costs and the refurbishment of the turbos should the manufacturer deem the turbo failure not to be a result of an installation error, however in most cases refurbishment of the turbos on the basis of goodwill should apply. The Premium warranty will offer the above on a no questions asked basis with the addition of a $1,500 AUD rebate towards the R&R of the turbos, however the following guidelines must be meet at the time of purchase for the $1,500 rebate to apply. 1. The turbochargers must be installed at a recognised workshop who have experience in the installation of N54 turbos. 2. A complete OEM turbo installation kit must be purchased for use during installation. 3. The rear turbo compressor discharge pipe must be suitably modified to remove the flow restriction associated with the excessive steering shaft collision crush clearance. (N.B. this requirement only pertains to RHD vehicles) 4. A form of high-flow turbo inlet pipes must be fitted at the time of installation. 5. High-flow oil drains must be fitted at the time of installation. Dyno results to follow soon on the first set that have been sold and awaiting installation. :-) Cheers, JD. Perhaps an obvious question but who is making these Stage 2 hybrid turbos?

Sorry mate, I received a forum commercial post infraction after my Vendor dues had elapsed by 1 day no less, lol.
As a result my mailbox which has around 1,000 PM's was just a bit over the 220 limit, please try again now. :-) Cheers, Justin. |
