ER Chargepipe for N55

I got my black anodized chargepipe last week and installed it. Does anyone else have this yet? The only reason I ask is because the tab on the chargepipe that mounts to a bracket connected to the engine is out of place.

Have you tried taking a picture and calling them about it? I dunno how much you spent on the charge pipe, but if it doesn't fit they need to know, and fix it for you as well.
