I got the full evo system with wireless kit (downpipe back) and have no alignment issues, the system is a work of art. Agree on the approx 2-3 sec rattle on start up, but the system/sound and performance spike are all stunning.

They are working on a new set of mounts and have a few test cars running them to see if that will take care of the issue.

I installed my Akra Slip-on exhaust with the wireless kit, maddad midpipe and Revozport CF diffuser a couple of days ago. I had no alignment issue with the exhaust itself or the tips, they fitted perfectly! The Revozport diffuser wasn't a perfect fit, and it had to be installed with some work, but it finally enden up aligned.
The sound is intoxicating!! I can't get enough of it!! And pressing the Akra button and listening to the exhaust open up makes my day every time!!
I'll post some pics tomorrow night...the CF diffuser and the CF tips makes my BSM 1M look like a mean mofo!!!

Sorry I didn't update this thread, had updated the longer one that dealt with fitment issues.

Long story short, Akra sent me new rubber exhaust mount bushings, which are also made by BMW (i.e. these are not Akra's own development). It is probably from a different application, but all I know is they work and addressed the rubbing I was having. They look very similar (both are diamond shaped), but the inner part is very different, hence why it allows for the exhaust to sit differently. Below are pics, first one is revised/new hanger, second is the 'stock'.

Interesting to see if subsequent deliveries came with these straight from Akra.

I posted a video clip of this setup sometime back in Jan, I'll try to find which thread I tagged it to.

I just got mine and am pretty happy overall... but the fitment could be an issue. the installer told me after a few heat cycles there could be some rubbing. ill look into the new exhaust hangers as a remedy just incase. but overall, pretty happy.

Did you do a MP and Akra slip-on?

I was wondering if you need both, or if just the axle back would be enough?

Anyone have any smell on the MP?

Thanks

No smell on the MP as long as you have at least 200cpsi DPs
