orange 1M ?
Any chance they will offer the GTS ORANGE for the 1M?
I want that color for the 135i but they say no. What's the name and color code for the M3 GTS ORANGE? |

If the car is indeed an M car, i'm sure it would qualify under BMW Individual.

Worst case scenario, BMW will charge you 10Gs or so for a custom color if it isn't normally on that assembly line, but only 5Gs or so if it is.

I agree about Inside Line being a bit dubious. I'd only question that because Inka/Inca orange was an available 2002 color, and I think was also available on the E21 and E30 3ers.

Why not just have your car painted or better yet, wrapped in this color? All it takes is money!? A wrap would be cheaper though. Over here in europe they can make your car ANY color... cost is about 1,500 euros and three days in the shop. btw... a new complete paint job runs about 3K euros. |

Currently the only non-Inka cars apart from the M3 GTS are owned by some exclusive BMW personell. I know of one who has an Inka Orange 135i and another who has an M3.
As of currently the color remains exclusive to the M3 GTS and these two high level execs who are keen to keep their cars exclusive. BMW will not paint another car in Inka Orange due to the exclusiveness of the M3 GTS unless the color gets approved for series production - ie 1M. Inka Orange is one color being looked at for the 1M but we also have a metallic Orange that might be more appropriate for the car , Power Green and Phoenix Yellow could return too. |

Holy crap! I hope BWM offers something less neon, like BSM or Deep Sea Blue Metallic. Not everyone needs to draw attention to themselves. But then again, I could get a Dodge Charger SRT with the same color scheme.
