Need help with cobb v3 data log :(

I got a Cobb ap at stage 2 FBO,
I decided to go PTF , but one thing Iam confused is the data log
I been trying to do a data log , but a got totally lost.
I watched YouTube, but I don't know what I need for PTF,
Guys said 3rd gear pull to red line is what I need, but Iam still confuse how to do it, if anyone in Melbourne would happy to show me , that will be great, thanks

Keep all the "Accel ped.pos " in all 6 boxes? And start logging ?
