Beastly

Well, I think she's done.

The black beastie finally got an ETS FMIC last week, and shortly thereafter I reflashed with Cobb's Stage 2 Aggressive Stock map.

Currently:

Wheels
HRE P40, Nineteen Inch | Machine Brushed Finish
Michelin Pilot Sport 2

Suspension
KW V3 Coilovers

Exterior
Revosport 2 Piece Carbon Fiber Front Lip
Revosport Carbon Fiber Sideskirts
Revosport Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser
Revosport Carbon Fiber Roof
Revosport Carbon Fiber Kidney Grille
Revosport Carbon Fiber Side Mirrors
Revosport Carbon Fiber Vented Hood
Revosport Carbon Fiber Trunk
Revosport Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler

Performance
Cobb Tuning Access Port Stage 2 Aggressive, Stock throttle
ETS FMIC

Interior
Revosport Carbon Fiber Front Door Panels
Revosport Carbon Fiber Rear Panels

I might take her down to Portland to visit Cobb Surgeline (anyone have experience with them?) to get the most out of the tune and to address some sporadic knock that I have going on despite 94 Octane.
But other than that... I think she's complete!

Love the 1M. Loooooove!

I've had a Subaru tuned by Tim at Surgeline. Nothing but great things to say about that shop.

If you're going to pony up for a tune, I recommend opening up your exhaust first with a DPs and a mid pipe at the very least.

That is route I am contemplating, tho have Forge FMIC on way. If you have done this with catless DP and mid, what did you use and how loud and/or smelly?

I have not personally modified my car yet. I'm trying to decide between staying bone stock or grabbing the easily available power via DPs, FMIC and Mid pipes.

In my opinion if the OP is going to shell out around 400 bucks for the pro dyno tune and drive from BC to Portland for the tune it does not make much sense to do it on the stock exhaust system.

Forgotten bits!

Thanks! I think I will try Surgeline.
I did mod the exhaust: forgot to list that above. Bugger.
Full Akrapovich Evolution titanium with catless stainless downpipes. It is insanely loud so I had to go back to the installers to get the wireless butterfly valve, to keep the neighbours from stringing me up!

Thanks for the reply!

I may be mistaken, but unless you have an aftermarket intake and downpipes, in addition to your ETS FMIC, I don't think you should be running a Cobb Stage 2 tune.

He has the exhaust, full Akra with dps but there is no mention of an intake. An intake and charge pipe would really finish it off. He also needs to post some pictures...and why not a dyno run results too...please

Got it. Didn't see the Akra w/dps listed.

PICS

Ok, ok!

Pics coming! I just didn't wanna rehash some of the old pics already on here (I'm the SR auto "Project Kaiser" guy)... Infamous posted pics elsewhere.

I'll post some later this evening.
