One of 450 badge
My badge has finally arrived question is does anybody know the correct measurements for fitment on the ashtray cover? Basically it is the height I want as it will be central on the cover.
Or could some people measure theirs please and I will take an average |

Can I ask, how you managed to get it? I'm struggling to actually get someone to order me one?

I will but I just wondered if there was a height measurement. When I went to look at a frozen edition M3 they had a memo from BMW with measurements for the dealers to fit the badge. |

The sales guy from BMW that sold me the car sorted it for me. I asked when buying the car as I know they will only supply one badge per VIN. It took nearly 5 weeks to come though!! |

The one in Aussie's picture is a little too high up the ashtray the same as mine as we both had ours moved by the same person when we had our consoles recoloured. It should sit about 5mm above the silver tab on the ashtray where BMW fitted mine originally.

No it's for uk cars only. I think you got more than 450 cars in the US anyway didn't you? Biggles is correct.
The USA 1M was a limted availability car, which ended production on 740 units. The UK 1M was from the start announced as a limted edition of 450 units. |
