Enzo, you rock. I'm happy to see that beige headliner; ever since the configurator appeared with the grey headliner, I was a little nonplussed about my interior choice. No more. Now I just wonder if I should've gotten the poplar trim instead of walnut.

It's gotta be Savanna. It's two toned interior. Taupe is only 1 toned.

Trust me, its Savannah Beige, as indicated on the window sticker. The photos are a little washed out because it was a very bright day and the pics were taken through the glass. Additionally, Lemon has a grey headliner and I hope you can tell the headliner is not grey. I do have another pic of the headliner. I'll add it later today.

I was very excited to finally get confirmation that Savanna beige was in fact two toned as per bmwusa.com, and that the gamble I made when I ordered was going to pay off. I’m a little disconcerted as the 1 series config for Canada came up last week and tells a different story for Savanna beige. I know the interior code for Savanna Beige is LWB4 which is what I ordered …. I can’t imagine that LWB4 would be two toned in the US and not in Canada … I would be extremely upset if this were the case.

I just checked the U.K. site to see how it's shown there and they don't list Savanna Beige... They do have a Boston Beige, which looks very similar (if not the same) and (regrettably) it is NOT two-tone.

I imagine that every order that goes to the factory is done by codes. Savanna beige is LWB4, it would be really dumb if LWB4 was different depending on the vehicle destination.

Does anyone know the code for Beige Boston Leather in the UK?

love it love it love it!! I can respect alot of people on here wanting the darker headliner for the "sporty" reasons...but honestly I love the beige...opens in up a lil bit (less like a cave haha) ...and besides, anyone who is lucky enough to be in your passenger seat is going to be too thrilled with the view out of the windshield to worry about what's ABOVE their head! lol....IMHO only of course! :w00t::roundel:

For any other Canadians that are also a little confused by the single toned version of Savanna Beige on www.bmw.ca. I've confirmed with a Brit that the Beige option in the UK is actually LWA5 ... what we call Taupe.

I'm definitly thinking that the image for Savanna Beige on the Canadian site is a mistake ...

This last week of waiting is killing me ... especially since Savanna Beige is still sort of a mystery for us Canadians.
