The paint job is pretty good. My z3 is flat black with carbon hood, fenders and trunk so it kind of clashes against the flatt black.

Read the posts - it is a vinyl wrap, not paint.

Guys its a vinyl wrap - not a paint job.

Thanks for all the feedback.

Another customer just had his E92 M3 done - looks awesome. Will get some pics up when the project is finished.

The Matt Black 135i will be treated to a Forge Intercooler and Stage 2 remap as soon as Forge release the intercooler.

how difficult is it to keep the wrap clean?
Special soap? and, it's not like you can put wax on it right?

Also, I heard from some autoX buddies, if you hit a cone, the scuff marks aren't coming off ever.. is that true?

Not sure about the scuffs but you just use a window cleaner to wipe the wrap down with.

What's the life of a vinyl wrap? 5-7 years?

I love when people on here criticize people for the wheels they put on their 1er. Lame is everyone putting the exact same wheels ( CSL Reps )
on their 1's. Espacially when all those wheels are knock-offs...Sorry, replicas.
I think this is the main reason why there is little selection for cool aftermarket designs for 1 series wheels. I think Henry Ford said it best when talking about the Model T " You can have any color ya like, as long as its black"

Anyway, nice ride man, i especially dig the wheels..

Its guaranteed for 3 years. A lot of my customers with wraps change their colour every 2 years, some every year.

My friend just had his 996 GT2 wrapped in GT3RS Blue - I think it looks stunning.

Thanks - I think the wheels are fantastic. We had a lot of positive feedback about the wheels at the show and sold a couple of sets too.

I think the OEM wheels suck - just my opinion. the world would be a boring place if we all put CSL reps on...

It reminds me of the SGM without the gloss. I think i would have spent that money on getting suede interior for the ride like what someone had done to their 1 series coupe.
