Wow at 35k! Have the same issue currently, and unfortunately, except with 70k. I keep seeing more and more of this exact same issue popping up, how BMW doesn't have any SIB's for this yet kind of baffles me; seems like such a ridiculous failure to have to replace the entire trans.
