2011 135i first time on a drag strip
My friend and I got a chance to try our cars on the strip Saturday. Tons of fun. I only got 2 runs before they shut me down for being too fast. . I didn't think to bring a helmet. I was hoping for 12s but I'm happy given it was my first time and only my second run. I'm car number 2011. My friends 2009 135i is the other car. He was still getting the launches figured out. Going out again May 4th after I get the FMIC and some other bits mounted.

What mods do you have? Based on your slip, that's a high-12 second car, just needs the driver mod. Bring your 60' to a 1.9 or 2.0 and you'll hit about a 12.8-12.9 just eyeballing it. I can cut 2.0 60' easily on stock 245 RFT's, if you have anything better, it'll be cake. Just drop your rear tire pressure to 2X psi. For reference, my car is a bone stock N54/6MT and I went 13.2@105.3 on a 2.0 60'.

Definitely. I only did 2 runs and it was my first time on a track. For sure shooting for somewhere is the 12s next time.
Right now I have JB4, AA axle back, Berk DP. |
