Eh? F8x M3/4 does many things wrong, but it is hardly slow. Absolutely offers 911 levels of performance outside of the Turbo/GT3.

I'm sure the Base 911 was about the same cost and offered better levels of perfomance. I could be exaggerating too, I really didn't read the article.

You can get the M3 for under $60k and the 911 starts at $85k before you touch the option list. M3 is faster in every acceleration statistic and does 10 seconds a lap faster around the 'ring.
