E87 2006 10.25" Wireless Apple CarPlay

Hi all

I am in the process of upgrading my BMW 1 series E87 2006 (ccc coding) head unit and found this

The website has two options,

1.) head unit for models with a screen.

2.) head unit for models with out a screen (which comes with a idrive button)

My dilemma is since my idrive button also needs replacing can i buy the option with no screen to replace both my head unit and idrive button? wondering if this screen/button will be ccc compatible?
