Prof, the smaller one is probably in the mid 1's. and the larger one with the Bentley out front will be somewhere in the 2's. That is nothing compared to a $22m house being built (by an Azn family of course) on Bosc Crt.

It depends where it is. Templestowe is 20km deep in the burbs. The prices in Templestowe varies from $600k to $22m, and the larger stuff is actually pretty good value. If you want expensive in Melb, you will look at Toorak or East Melb. $1.1m will get you...pretty much nothing in those 2 areas lol. For a house like the one you listed in Toorak, you will be looking at $5m. My little apartment cost more than the house you listed for that matter!
