Dynavin Help

Hi I am having problems with my Dynavin D95 unit for my BMW E82 and I was just wondering if you could help... Firstly Is there a secret menu accesible? Settings wise? And if so how?

Secondly when I click "NAVI" all I get is a black screen?!?!

Thirdly when music plays it is really like... echoey? Hard to explain but its really echoey and drony
