DCT Issues

I tried posting this in an existing thread last week but didn't get any feedback.

I'm a fairly new 2012 135i owner and having a DCT issues. My issue is that I put the car in gear, as soon as I hit the gas the car goes back in to park (before it moves anywhere). If I keep my foot on the brake while I hit the gas the car will move but as soon as I let my foot off the break it goes back in to park. Anyone have any insight on what could be causing this? Thank you!!!

No door open light or dinging noise is there?
How often does this happen?

No noise, not the door open issue or seatbelt either. It's permanently like this

Sounds very strange. Have you tried calling the local BMW dealership and seeing if a tech may be able to diagnose over the phone? Or maybe calling the local indy shop for their input. I haven't been around too long but this doesn't sounds like anything i've heard before.

I have a 2012 dct too and never had this problem either.
Do you still have warranty? you should take it to the dealer.

No warranty left. Thought the cause might be obvious to someone. I'm assuming it's a single failed component that's causing this.

It's gotta be an electrical gremlin. First thing, check all fuses.

Garage List
I know what I would do. Bring it the dealership. Let them sort it out.

Sorry to write this, but you gotta pay to play.
