I'm honestly not sure. I know it clears the BMS DCI dual cones

I'd say it's very unlikely that the bar will clear the aFe dual cone (the one with the air box). the top of that air box is suppose to be sealed by the hood when closed. the Mason bar is almost touching the hood's padding.

If the Afe seals towards the back of the hood it will not work with this brace.
