This part is not compatible with 2009 BMW 135i.

I'm not an engineer, but the AA strut bar looks to be of a better design. There's an extra piece on the ebay bars, and it looks like it puts the horizontal load through the connector bolts, rather than the ends of the brace.

A quick search only shows pix on an N55 with stock box. One user even mentioned it fit with AFE stage 2.

There's not much info on N54, nor what intakes would fit with it. I'd grab one if I knew it would fit with an AFE2 or Stett.

open but i dont think the closed is much bigger than stock! and it worked on stock too

okay, my acs strut worked on stock airbox, but not with the afe intake!
