ordering mines soon but have a question first: being lighter does that make them more susceptible to damages form the likes of potholes ectt..?

They are nice wheels, no doubt about that. But the price for them is too steep for my wallet.

I ordered them from Germany and they cost half of the price than here in Finland The wheels cost a fortune in Finland

They are indeed pretty fragile. On one of my set, a small piece of the layer of varnish is gone, probably owing to some road-material.

Wheels are made by Breyton, a German manufacturer, so I doubt if being lighter makes these wheels susceptible to a greater risk because they are lighter. The wheels weigh about 17 pounds each. I don't know what the original OEM Potenza tires weigh, but I do know the M wheels with tires weigh 50 pounds (rear) and 53 pounds (front)... a big difference!
