Possible tranny slip?
Hello all, today I fixed my boost leak after 30k miles. The car really woke up, anyway today on the highway in 5th gear I started slowly giving it more gas (I had it in manual, the car is automatic) and all of a sudden the car felt like it was hitting bumps and the tires where spinning. Did I feel the transmission slip? Or possible it's the engine cause I'm do for a spark plug change? I'm a little worried. I drive my car is manual mode all the time I hope I'm not doing damage to it, sometimes I'll shift it at the wrong time and it will jerk a little bit.

Sorry I realize that I messed up some info, I meant to say it felt like I was hitting bumps OR the tires were spinning out (they were not). Also tranny has 77k miles with Alpina B3 flash

When the engine misfires its very violent. It literally feels like you are driving on square(not round) tires. I suspect your car was missing.
How old are your spark plugs? Could also be on the fuel(injector) side too. I would first start with plugs(& coils). Dackel

If you have a tune, post logs and we can easily tell if it is misfiring or tranny problems.
