How to fit 313s / 225M 19" wheels in 1 series???

Hi all!!

I'm thinking on buying 225M 19" wheels (From 3 series) for my E82. They would look like this:

They are:

8x19 ET37
9x19 ET39

What tyre sizes could I install without rubbing issues? I'm thinking on 225/35 + 245/30, but not sure if they would be too big.

A fender rolling is necessary?

PD: I'm on Stock M suspension.

I would also be interested in some info on this. That set up looks GREAT! OP, I am running OEM M-Sport suspension as well.
