Sonax Fallout Cleaner

Is it recommended to wax after applying Sonax Fallout Cleaner? I plan a thorough cleaning prior to application, but curious about people's thoughts for the appropriate steps after.

If you're going through the trouble of using the fallout cleaner, I'd clay/nanoscrub the car before waxing/sealing.

Chemical decontamination is a great option for helping to deep clean the surface of your paint. In the following 2 articles, I discuss the various types of products that can be used to decontaminate your paint.

It is always recommended to reapply protection after the decontamination process, unless you've got a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, in which case the coating will remain in tact after using something like IronX and/or a clay bar.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I would wash the car then use the fall out remover, after I would say clay or autoscrub - follow with compound or polishing.

Thanks for all the feedback. When I pull it out of winter storage, I'll give it the full treatment.

Nanoskin just came out with their Iron-X competitor, Iron Free... Worth a try, considering it's almost half the price of Iron-X: http://www.nanoskinusa.com/products/...allout-remover
