If it's covered under warranty, I'd let them do it. If it wasn't, I'd do it once and observe the outcome. And, of course, I'd post my experience (mistake or otherwise) for all to learn. |

It is 100% safe for remaining media to be burnt off in the comsution chamber.

When this is performed is a plug change typically included in the service price?
Seems to only make sense to change the plugs while the head is off and it seems the labor charge to do so should be less as well?
