Red, would that fit the 1///M with iDrive? Not sure if now the 1///M has the ash tray or simply an open storage bin. thx

It does fit the 1M, but there are two different kits and this is the kit for cars without iDrive.

Ah, gotcha. Would've scooped it up but getting iDrive. G/L with sale!

The only difference might be the ability to clip-in the extra cupholder, but I am not sure.

my car currently has glacier trim and doesn't have the ashtray lid.... it's a simple swap on the console then right? To use the ashtray lid, would I need to purchase any other parts separately?

Thanks!

The rest of the trim pieces can be bought individually if you are interested in the whole kit.

I am interested in the whole kit. I just searched the web and couldn't find a BMW Performance CF piece for the passenger side for sale. Do you have any links where I can? If I can buy that piece separately, I'll shoot you an offer.

I know that.....Given my set-up, Do I need to purchase an additional piece in order to use the console trim with the ashtray lid?

Yes you will need the associated parts for the ashtray. Any dealer can look them up for you
