Question about maintenance and CDV mod (yes I've searched)
Hi there, here's my first post after lurking for about a month.
I want to modify my 135's clutch delay valve but I'm worried that my dealer may notice that something has been modified when they drive my car (to perform service etc.). Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, John |

After a little more reading, it seems as though the change is only noticeable when driving/shifting hard. Driving around a parking lot should not feel much different with a modified CDV.

It helps to know what key words to search for: "CDV Delete DIY"

Thanks for the links. I read through those threads, but most of the questions about a dealer finding out pertained to the visuals aspect of the mod (not whether or not a BMW tech could 'feel' the difference from a modified CDV).
