What BBS Wheels fit a 135?
Tirerack doesn't give many options for the 135 in terms of BBS.
I did notice that the 1M has CHs available Would 4 front fitment BBS CH in the below dimensions for the 1M fit all four corners of the 135? Here's the wheel details: CH 19x8.5 Offset: +35mm Backspacing: 5.87" Bolt Pattern: 5-120 Rec. Tire Size:245/35-19 Weight: 24.1lbs. |

That's not what is a considered a good fitment but you could make it work. If I did that I probably get 235/35/19 tires all around first then if looked like I had enough room I might try 245s. You'll definitely need to add a little camber both front and rear.

I think there is only 1 135i running legit BBS wheels. So it is extremely difficult to get them to fit. You need at least 38et in the front and et48+ in the rear or it will require major fender work / super tire stretch.

There are actually a couple of guys running legit BBS wheels, but it definitely involves a lot of work to make them fit. Well worth it in my personal opinion though.

A 19x8.5 ET35 is a bit aggressive for a 135i. The most aggressive fitment we offer for your car would be 19x8.5 ET40/19x9.5 ET45. Normally we recommend a 19x8.5 ET45/19x9.5 ET50. So the 19x8.5 ET35s would be sticking out 10mm from our recommended specs in the front, and about 2mm or so further out than what we recommend in the rear. With some modification you could probably get those specs to fit but if you're looking for a trouble free/rub free fitment without doing any modification to your car I would pass.

I'm running BBS LM's from Japan. Hard to find the right offsets with the right bolt pattern. I got a set of 18x9 et40 and 18x10 et50. They were inserted and redrilled, new pockets, completely refinished. Look great and fit perfect.

What was the bolt pattern of the wheels before the fill/redrill? Last edited by .:1of1500:.; 12-27-2011 at 03:46 PM.. Reason: NM, found your thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=585948 |

I also have staggered 19" BBS LM's (from my old car), but had them re-drilled from a 5x112 to a 5x120. The offsets were also shaved down by 5mm's from the original et32 to get them to their current et37 offset. Fenders were rolled and pulled as well.
FLOSS was the individual that did the clean and meticulous work on my wheels. I believe FLOSS also did the work on Bogart's beautiful JDM spec LM's. I would highly recommend FLOSS for anyone needing custom wheel work done. |

I picked up the 135 accessory book today at the dealer today and saw that the 216s do have a CH look to them and are interesting. I have yet to see them on a 135, but I'm thinking they might not be that aggressive and just meh looking.
Good news is the dealer is warrantying my 264 after two new valve stems and still getting a lower tire pressure warning. They're replacing it with a new wheel. They think it may have a hairline crack. |

Found Style 216 pictures:
They're just...okay? I may end up with a set though. Who knows. I think they'd look better as 19s and a BBS centercap would certainly help as well. |
