Disabling Traction Control?

I HATE TC. Is there a way to set the default OFF?

I do not believe so......but it is so easy to disable.
One push and DTC is off....Push and hold and DSC is also off

Think of the liability BMW would have in this litigation prone country, if a safety feature like traction control were allowed to be off by default...
