Congrats. My radio still rarely goes on...and its been about 3 weeks haha. Can you put up some videos of it with resonators? I'm curious as to what it sounds like with resonators. Did you get the catless dps?

I'm considering sending my midpipe back to cpe to get the resonators welded on, so this would make my decision for me lol

Yeah, I will see what I can do this weekend about getting some videos and posting them up. I am running RR catless DPs with this exhaust.

Each day I drive my car, I like it more and more and think I might just leave it alone without the resonators. But I'm still curious to see what it sounds like with the resonators.

As long as you're not sitting in the garage with the door closed, I don't see anything wrong with it!

I experienced the same thing, but only over REALLY harsh bumps. For a while, I just ignored it, but by doing some light trimming on the plate connected to the cross bars themselves, I was able to eliminate the issue.
;( Sometimes it's better to state facts rather than assume...I ordered and recieved my cp-e full cat...and it does NOT fit a vert... we have bars underneath ;( so I am now stuck with either shipping it back at my cost (not cheap) or trying to figure out a way to make it fit,,,. which is not easy at all considering all the S shapes and oem dents (6 of em). This is my suggestions to you all... do your own home work and after you are done do more or these forums will cost you a lot of money on here say rather than facts ...example: DCI...Drop in filters etc... Not a happy camper..I guess we both assumed on this 1 me for thinking you knew what you were saying, and you do sound like a CP-E embassador....foolish me.

Will most likely have it custom built around the cp- e unit, and will let you know how it turns out. As for after market stuff on verts..95% of everything available for coupes can be used on a vert.

Dude! That sucks! Sorry you had a bad experience!

From my understanding, CP-E has made their exhaust a direct bolt-on, and you won't require any welding or cutting. That in mind, this will be the exhaust I choose simply because I like DIY, DIY will make it easier on me to undo if I have to, and the system is exactly what I want, mid-pipe back.

After hearing the sound clips, and watching the videos, I admit it is louder than I thought, or wanted. I will be ordering it with resonators in, so hopefully that will remedy the problem outright.

I know where my next paycheck is going. LoL

Good news for all you Vert owners with minor chopping and soldering the CP-E fit like a glove and it sounds amazing Anyone who installs exhausts will have no trouble making it fit. Start to finish with chop and soldering took just under 2 hours. If yu are in the Montreal area and have any kind of exhaust issues from custom to simply installing a performance 1,,, shoot me a pm and I will give you contact info to some great guys who know what there doing.
