Will my VB3's fit a 08' 328i?

As title says, will my 18" VB3's fit my friends 08' 328i?

VB3 Rim Size
Front 18x8.5 5x120 ET40
Rear 18x9.5 5x120 ET45

yes, but you will need spacers to make them look good.

Fronts will fit perfect, the rears will work but they will wont look great. I used a
18 x 9.5 - 22 offset on the rear of my E90.
